London City Airport is a single runway airport and chiefly serves the financial districts of London.   Ten airlines serve 32 destinations across the UK and Europe with connections to the rest of the world through major European focal points.  It is situated on a former Docklands site.in East London.

The airport has a short and long term car park.  Both are within walking distance of the terminal.  Disabled parking is available in the short term car park.  There is also a taxi rank outside of the terminal.

The Docklands Light Railway has a link to London’s underground metro system and National rail stations.  Licensed taxis are available directly outside the terminal building. London central is only approx. 12km from the airport and if time allows is well worth a visit to see the historic buildings, pageantry, history and West End shows.
