Car Hire Riyadh Airport

Riyadh is the capital of Saudi Arabia and its biggest city but it’s not the most attractive holiday destination for western tourists. Under the dominant Sharia law, most forms of entertainment are banned, as is alcohol and there is a strict dress code which is almost uniformly adhered to. Almost all visitors to Riyadh come on business and if that’s the case, you’ll need a hire car with unprecedented air-conditioning to cope with the oppressive climate. Thankfully all the cars that Any Airport Car Hire offers from Riyadh’s King Khalid International Airport have full air conditioning among the many other benefits that booking with us brings.

Cheap Car Rental Riyadh RUH

You won’t find cheaper car hire than that we offer, especially if you compare what’s included in the price. With a full range of insurance cover including collision damage waiver and emergency assistance 24 hours a day should you need it, you’ll be well protected. You can choose cars from a vast range of vehicles and all at the low prices we can offer through our partnership with the big names such as Avis, Enterprise and Budget. If your experience of low cost car hire meant low quality vehicles, you’re going to be pleasantly surprised with a hire car from Any Airport Car Hire at Riyadh Airport

Riyadh Airport Information

King Khalid International Airport is 22 miles from Riyadh’s city centre and whilst expensive taxis can whizz you there or you can take a cheaper but much slower bus, the only way to make the journey in style is to collect a pre-booked hire car at Riyadh Airport. BA and the national carrier Saudia both offer direct flights from London Heathrow whilst flights are also available from many other European airports. Fourteen million passengers used the airport last year making it one of the busiest in Saudi Arabia.

Saying that Riyadh is not a place for tourists can be countermanded as it does have many sights, admittedly not to everyone’s tastes. There’s the Masmak Fortress which has been so extensively renovated that it’s virtually a reconstruction. There’s also the Murabba Palace which has an exhibition of the Royal Family’s favourite assets including a Rolls Royce.

One of the best things to see is the National Museum which relies heavily on multimedia to put its thoughts across. With fascinating displays, it’s well worth visiting. Outside the city there’s little, apart from the Wadi that runs past the edge of the city, of note that’s easily accessed from the city.
