Car Hire Corpus Christi Airport

Corpus Christi is miles from anywhere yet a great place to spend at least a few days. If you don’t want to feel isolated during your stay you’ll need to hire a car to get out and about, especially if you want to explore the lonely beaches either side of the city. You may traditionally stick with one car hire company for your hire car at Corpus Christi Airport believing them to be giving you the best deal and the best service but you owe it to yourself to compare your current car hire provider with what we offer at Any Airport Car Hire.

Corpus Christi Airport Guide

Corpus Christi International Airport actually has no international routes but it does serve Dallas and Houston and it’s easy to get connections to Corpus Christi from there to European or British airports. The international part of the name stems from several failed attempts to introduce a route to Mexico. The airport is around five miles out from the city centre; a journey that’s no longer than fifteen minutes by hire car.

Corpus Christi is a great little resort with fantastic beaches for those that want to simply relax. The sea is warm for around eight months of the year so it’s great for water sports and swimming. Some of the beaches are small but they rarely get crowded because of the isolation of the city. For those that don’t like the sand between their toes there’s still plenty to recommend Corpus Christi. The Texas State Aquarium is found on the shoreline with hundreds of sea creatures on display and one of the best visits is to board the famous USS Lexington, now a floating naval museum.
