Charlotte-Douglas International Airport is  11 kilometres west of Charlotte, North Carolina, United States.  The airport has one terminal and interstate highways. I-85, I-277, I-77, I-485 all lead to the airport and the airport is well signposted on route.  The airport is located on 5501 Josh Birmingham Parkway.

Short-term and long-term parking is available in several car parks.  Two satellite car parks are also available and a remote overflow car park is situated nearby.  All car parks, other than the hourly one, provide complimentary shuttle services to the airport.  Valet parking is also available.
